After spending two years in a real estate office in New Buffalo, Michigan doing secretarial duties such as bookkeeping and ad writing, Carol knew she would enjoy the sales end of the business. She became a licensed Realtor in 1978. By 1983, she was generating multi-million dollar revenues as a Realtor and has continued to do so annually.Carol became a licensed Broker in 1985 and then opened her own agency Carol Brychta & Company Real Estate in Harbert, Michigan in 1997. Carol specializes mainly in listing and selling second home properties and manages the business with her son Tim as a sales agent and daughter Kristina as a realtor assistant.She enjoys working with new and former clients and has an excellent referral base due to her reputation of service and integrity that goes beyond what is expected. Additionally, she maintains an excellent working relationship with other professionals in the industry.Carol was chosen as a Lifetime Member of Cambridge Who's Who in 2010. She is member of the Harbor Country® Chamber of Commerce, one of the founding members of the Harbert Business Association, and a member of the board of directors for Help for Southwest Michigan, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping community residents utilize resources and agencies to gain self-sufficiency.She attributes her success to her attention to detail, honest advice and a sincere desire to help others.
