We are a family business serving this area for many years. Carol being licensed in 1978 and has consistently achieved multimillion dollar annual sales. She is well known in Harbor Country for her integrity, knowledge and ability to get the job done. Kristina Brychta-Alden, also a multimillion dollar producer, has been licensed for 20 years. In addition to sales, she also writes copy, takes the photographs and designs our ads, flyers and photo shows. Tim Brychta has been active for 6 years and is a great asset to the sales team with award winning sales. Tim earned his ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation in 2006. We opened this location at 13361 Red Arrow Highway in Harbert in 1997 with the intention of serving both the Chicago and local markets with a friendliness and familiarity that only a small town location can offer.
